Meaning of the Actual word Aerate? - To expose to Air

So what does Air-Ait mean? - To Expose Oneself to the following Questions:

Am I real? (Are you being realistic with the situation or environmental condition at hand when making decisions?)
Am I true? (Are you being true to yourself and honest with others when making a decision?)

This defined and morally appealing "cliche" has been dug out of the Antwan Knowledge archive to help decrease your likelihood for potentially acting like an A_ _.

So... many people are capable of spitting on another individual from behind rather than telling them either the truth or perhaps offering a positive and enlightening critique.

Don't be one of those people. Offer your help, your time, and love others for the efforts that he or she is putting forth to make a modest "move forward" in all that they do.

No Wrong Way to Apply Toothpaste

Traditional Toothpaste Application:

Since you were a little-one, You've been starting your daily brushing cycle like this. Haven't you?

Well, I must tell you that you are wasting toothpaste as not all of it is being utilized to clense your pallet.

There is another way!

Yes, like this one - Pouring Toothpaste Method:

Step 1 - Paste Pouring
Why not pour the toothpast directly into the subject to be brushed; your mouth.

Step 2 - Brushing Preparation

Now grind your chompers and you will instantaneously feel a cleaning like non-other. Keep in mide that this exquiste cleaning is occuring without even brushing.
Step 3 - Chomper Brushing

Brush the prepared subjects; your chompers. This simply removes debris from the teeth.Step 4 - Thank Antwan for showing you another Brushing Method.

See, you can now give something back to those family members whom you are greatful to for providing teachings of "the little things" such as Tooth-brushing.

Jobless and Proud

LIFE REFLECTION:
We work all of our lives to better ourselves and then suddenly the stop button is pressed and plans go SOUTH. I'm now Jobless and I'm proud.

JOB GONE BAD:
About six Months ago I thought a Grand JOB offer was going to make my future a bright one. I moved up to PA from NC to assume a position in Quality Management and to work for a boss with an outwardly pleasant demeanor.

If I had only known that his ego was higher than Mt. Everest. The integrity that accompanied this enbedded confidence was equivalent to a scent-loaded skunk being trusted to hold it in while being poked with a stick.

Yes, he sprayed his arrogance around like a florist watering daises. Apparently he acquired these wonderful characteristics despite the fact that he isn't even a born Bastard. However he does have a PHD.

I was put in a position of responsibility without authority. No plan I created was good enough for Mr. PHD. Everything I did had to be changed to meet his standards of Arrogant-Perfection.

I asked myself Why? Is the phrase "Screw Me" written on my forehead or am I just having a bad streak of luck?

Then I realized that just as a Horse is a " Horse of Course," a Jerk is just that, a jerk. Take note that Horses and Jerks have something in common, there both an A_ _ (double s).

Recovery:
During my six month cycle of everlasting attemps to be a success, I lost control of my life in a big way. There was no time to plan weekends or watch a movie. Everything I did was done on borrowed time. I worked night and day.

Now I'm free to plan, think, and to be me. For how long? I don't know?
For now I'm Jerk free, Jobless, and very proud to be Me..
